This a photo of Dale Kramer on his home Lake Keuka, NY. The Ultraflight Sales Ltd. Lazair was the first Canadian ultralight, and also the first twin-engine ultralight in production. They were manufactured by Dale Kramer of Port Colborne, Ontario between 1978-1986. This plane was the first twin-engine ultralight in production and was noted for its excellent maneuverability. It was built as a powered glider, and its design was based on a glider called the Super-Floater.
